Xe5 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the xe5 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the xe5 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not continue using the platform.

These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you (the user) and xe5. This platform is intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted to access online entertainment services under Malaysian law. xe5 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Users accessing the platform from regions where the service is prohibited are fully responsible for their own actions. xe5 makes no representation that the services are suitable or available in all geographic locations.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibility

Registration Requirements
  • Each user is allowed to register and maintain only one (1) account.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • xe5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account information.
Account Security and Responsibility
  • Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account passwords.
  • Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility.
  • Transferring, selling, or granting account access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Please contact the xe5 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits

Prohibited Behavior

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the xe5 platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to access or manipulate the platform in unauthorized ways.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, betting manipulation, or actions attempting to exploit system weaknesses.
  • Using someone else’s account or registering an account on behalf of another individual.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about xe5 to other users or the public.
  • Engaging in actions that disrupt the security or performance of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Xe5 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, including but not limited to loss of funds caused by technical failures, service interruptions beyond our control, or user actions violating these terms. xe5’s maximum liability under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

Payments, Transactions and Fund Management

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the xe5 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and belong to them. xe5 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by users.

Deposits will be credited to the user's account after transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. Withdrawals are processed according to xe5’s internal procedures and may be subject to additional security checks to verify transaction authenticity.

Xe5 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawals if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or terms violations. In such cases, users will be notified and required to provide the necessary verification documents.

Any funds in accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or account freezing according to xe5’s current policies.

Account Policy, Intellectual Property and External Links

Account Suspension and Closure

Xe5 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provisions of these terms and conditions.
  • Detection or verification of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
  • Account closure requests made by the user themselves through official support channels.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the xe5 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, are the exclusive property of xe5 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without written permission from xe5.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. xe5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access those links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Xe5 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page. Users are responsible for checking these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
